Ingredients:
- 4 middle sized carrots
- 1 egg
- 4 -5 tablespoon breadcrumbs (flour)
- ½ teaspoon coriander
- ½ teaspoon curry
- 1-2 pinch of chilli
- 1-2 pinch of salt and black pepper
- 50-60 grams blue cheese , grated
- appx. 50grams of chopped nuts (walnuts, sunflower or pumpkin seeds, cashews or whatever you have on hand, even a mixer of them will be a good choice)
How to Make It
- Place the raw carrots in a food processor and blend at high speed until finely ground. Transfer to a bowl and add without a strict order the remaining ingredients. You can mix it by hand or with food processor.
2.Make small balls on your palm with appx. size of 5 cm in diameter. Place the balls on a lightly greased baking sheet.
3.Roast at 180-200° C until golden brown.
